What are the shirts made of?
Comfort Colors 1717 - 100% ring-spun cotton, 6.1 oz, garment-dyed and pre-shrunk, with a relaxed unisex fit and no side seams. Sweatshirts are Comfort Colors 1566 crewnecks in the same garment-dyed finish.
How do they fit?
Relaxed, with room through the body. For the best match, lay a shirt you already own flat and compare it with the size chart on every product page.
Who makes the designs?
I do - this is a one-person shop. Every design here is made with AI design tools and then art-directed to one fixed palette, so the whole range looks like it belongs together instead of a grab-bag of unrelated graphics. These aren't template packs resold by a dozen other sellers, and nothing here is drawn by hand.
How should I wash them?
Cold wash inside out, tumble dry low. Garment-dyed cotton softens and settles with every wash - that's the point of it.
Do you restock sold-out sizes?
Everything is printed to order, so sizes don't sell out in the usual way. If a size is unavailable it's a temporary supplier issue - check back or message me.
Can I get a design on a different garment colour?
Often yes. Message me with the design and the colour and I'll tell you whether it prints well - some designs need a different linework colour to read properly on dark fabric.
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is printed to order in the US, and most orders arrive in 5–10 business days (up to 15 in peak season). Free US shipping on every order. I ship to US addresses only.
When should I order for Christmas?
My production partner Printify publishes its holiday cut-off in mid-October. Join the email list at the bottom of any page and I'll send that date in one email as soon as it's confirmed. Until then I won't guess at a date.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Email me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item laid flat showing the problem, and I'll replace it or refund you, with nothing to send back. Because each piece is printed to order, I can't take returns for size or change of mind. Full details: Returns & refunds.
What if my parcel is lost, or says delivered but isn't there?
If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email me and I'll open a trace with the carrier. If it still hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, I'll reship it or refund you. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office and give it 2 business days, then email me and I'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@marigoldmayhem.com within 12 hours of ordering to change your size or address, or to cancel. After that your shirt is already in production and can't be changed. Please double-check your address at checkout: if a parcel can't be delivered because the address was incomplete or wrong, I'll reship it for the cost of shipping or refund the order minus production cost.
How does 2 tees for $65 work?
Add any two tees in sizes S–XL and $5 comes off automatically in the cart: 2 tees for $65 (S–XL). Tees in 2XL and up, and crewnecks, also count toward the $5 off.
