Refund policy

Every Marigold & Mayhem shirt and sweatshirt is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Need to change your size or address, or cancel? Email us at hello@marigoldmayhem.com within 12 hours of ordering. After that your shirt is already in production and can't be changed.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? We'll make it right. Email us at hello@marigoldmayhem.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item laid flat showing the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost in the mail? If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email us and we'll open a trace with the carrier. If it still hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, we'll reship it or refund you.

Tracking says delivered but you can't find it? Check with neighbors and your local post office and give it 2 business days, then email us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Please double-check your address. If a parcel can't be delivered because the address was incomplete or wrong, we'll reship it for the cost of shipping or refund the order minus production cost.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to post them.
